Times a’ changin’
Hi. So uh, you know how when you love something you set it free? Okay that’s a bad start. But basically I’m saying nothing lasts forever, even when people like each other.
The short of it is: The group’s no more (!). We decided it was time to stop. Sort of. Well one of us did. Our trio became a duo. We became hunter-less.
This ultimately led to positive changes though. At first the two of us were feeling rather alone, and without much of an effective future given that we were just a priest and a warlock. It wouldn’t be the same anyway, too many trio-memories.
So our warlock made a brave suggestion. He wanted to perform the ancient ritual of realm-crossing! A practice shrouded in mystery and secrets, but it is possible to walk between realms, to switch servers by traversing the Twisting Nether. Our trio occupied a space known as Sporregar, a young world that served us well. But, as it happens, I had a character on another realm that I longed to play. A powerful Shaman from old times, my first highlevel character, on a server full of friends and we could definitely use a warlock.
As a result my priestly self has retired, at an age of 62. I’ve fully moved to the shaman, and let me tell you: it feels good. Oh yes. And the warlock? He’s doing great. We’re doing great. Yes I’m certain many adventures awaits us in the coming time.
